As a Retail Store Associate at Robbie's of Islamorada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking inventory, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and the local area.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Restock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor.
- Assist in visual merchandising and creating appealing product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Participate in inventory management and periodic stock counts.
- Uphold company policies and adhere to safety and security procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
