We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our growing audit team. This role offers the opportunity to work with dynamic clients, lead engagements, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements from start to finish, including risk assessments, testing, and reporting.
- Supervise and review the work of audit associates and interns.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact during engagements.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners.
- Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, GAAS, IFRS).
- Assist with internal process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification.
- 25 years of public accounting or relevant audit experience.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
