Operate heavy machinery from a floating platform, to drive wood, concrete or steel piles into the seabed or riverbed to create foundations for marine structures like docks and retaining walls.
The job involves precise control of cranes, positioning piles, working with other tools like air hammers, water jets and basic carpentry tools.
Also must be able to pilot tug boat to maneuver large barges in tight or challenging waters like harbors ensuring safety, handling vessels operations
