Position: Outside Sales Appointment Setter

We’re looking for energetic and outgoing Outside Sales Appointment Setters to join our growing team!

You’ll be walking neighborhoods, building rapport with homeowners, and scheduling
free window and door estimate appointments — no selling required, just setting the stage for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:
• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and talk to homeowners.
• Build quick rapport and set appointments for free home improvement estimates.
• Work a consistent 5-day weekly schedule in the field.
