Job Description
About The Halcyon
The Halcyon is a luxury waterfront condominium community redefining barefoot luxury in Naples, Florida.
Developed by Gillette & The Henley Group (henleyim.com), The Halcyon blends timeless design with a modern sense of ease — a sanctuary for those who worked hard to get “here” and now simply want to live well.
This is more than a development; it’s a lifestyle shaped by sea, sky, and soul — and we’re building a brand that challenges what luxury real estate has looked like until now.
The Role
As Contract Marketing Project Manager, you’ll help bring The Halcyon’s story to life as we enter our go-to-market phase.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on managing details, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every campaign feels elevated, authentic, and flawlessly executed.
You’ll work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure every touchpoint — from digital campaigns to on-site events — embodies the effortless luxury that defines The Halcyon brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day rollout of The Halcyon’s marketing plan across digital, print, and event channels.
- Budget & Timeline Oversight: Track budgets, vendor invoices, and timelines to ensure efficient, on-brand delivery.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with creative, PR, digital, and media partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- CRM & Email Campaigns: Manage CRM-driven email and SMS marketing for prospective buyers, brokers, and event guests.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute community, broker, and lifestyle events (some evenings/weekends required).
- Creative Support: Draft and refine marketing copy and collateral in alignment with brand tone and visual standards.
- Brand Stewardship: Act as an on-the-ground brand ambassador for The Halcyon in the Naples market.
- Performance Reporting: Track campaign and event results, translating data into actionable insights.
- (Preferred) Contribute to social media content planning and community engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM, email, and SMS marketing tools
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote but collaborative environment
- Comfortable with flexible hours to support events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Who You Are
You’re a thoughtful, capable professional who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments. You’re not managing a team in this role — but you’re great at managing outcomes. You lead with clarity, organization, and a sense of ownership that makes things happen.
You bring fresh thinking to traditional marketing and love finding smarter, more authentic ways to connect with people. You understand that true luxury isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence, ease, and the feeling of home.
You’re ready to help shape a brand that redefines what luxury living looks and feels like in Naples — a place where residents don’t just arrive; they finally get to live.
Contract Details
- Approx. 20–25 hours per week
- Independent contractor (1099) basis
- Potential to evolve into a full-time role as the project scales
