Opening duties, Prep list, setting up station for service, making of desserts, salads, appetizers, salad dressings, sauces and any special food preparation required. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights, including 1 weekday night. MUST be able to work ALL holidays. Must have reliable transportation, arrive at time scheduled by chef.
