JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provides administrative support to Order Entry/customer service department and sales team, including incoming calls, customer order data entry, and various office functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives incoming telephone calls or emails from customers relating to orders and products.
- Answers incoming calls.
- Answers customer questions regarding products and shipping.
- Process orders received over the phone and internet.
- Investigates and communicates customer issues.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to handle phone system with a clear and welcoming voice.
- Must be an energetic, enthusiastic, and detailed oriented person able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Must be computer literate and highly accurate.
- Must be highly proficient with Excel.
- Ability to deal effectively with people.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
