We are currently hiring House Attendants/ Housekeepers for immediate openings at a luxury beachfront resort in the Palm Beach, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful, high-end environment known for its exceptional guest service and stunning ocean views.

Essential Duties:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. This includes supervising daily tasks, delivering linens and supplies, removing trash and dirty linens, responding promptly to guest requests, assisting with room setups, reporting maintenance issues, and training staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. The supervisor ensures the team follows schedules, safety protocols, and resort policies while promoting a professional and efficient work environment.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-energy luxury resort environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and communication are essential. The supervisor works both indoors and outdoors, supporting the housekeeping staff and ensuring guest areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. The position requires managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for both staff and guests.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The position requires frequent walking, standing, and interaction with team members and guests. The ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude is essential. Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and strong work ethics are key to success in this role.
