Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for potential and existing clients, offering expert advice on a wide array of insurance products.
- Needs Assessment: Analyze client requirements to suggest appropriate insurance solutions that align with their needs.
- Product Promotion: Proactively promote and cross-sell insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date information and advice to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and comply with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Licensing: A valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering superior service and exceeding client expectations.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, managing time effectively.
