Fast-paced, technology-driven property management company seeks a full-time Sales & Leasing Administrator. This role is responsible for managing the full process of sales and lease applications for several Associations in Lee and Collier County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process all sales and lease applications for assigned associations.
- Verify that applications are complete and comply with association documents and requirements.
- Process estoppel requests and prepare condominium questionnaires accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate directly with applicants, owners, Realtors, and association board members regarding application status, missing information, and approvals.
- Prepare applications for board/committee review and track decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and organized files for all applications.
- Ensure deadlines and association timelines are met.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to homeowners and applicants.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong desire to provide excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM
- Proficient reporting skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and act professionally at all times
- Team player with ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to learn and adapt to a new environment quickly
- Desire to grow a career in property management
- Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license, and driver’s insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Village Management Software property management software
- Experience working for condominium and homeowner association management companies
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience preferred but willing to train
Languages:
- English (spoken and written required)
- Spanish a plus
