As a Compliance Investigator, you will lead complex investigations and partner across the university to navigate sensitive situations with care, neutrality, and sound judgment. Qualifications
Master's degree and four years of experience related to administrative services or a Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience. (Higher education can substitute for experience at the comparable rate.)

What You'll Do
Investigations & Case Management
- Lead investigations related to harassment, Title IX concerns, and EO/AA matters involving students, faculty, and staff
- Receive, assess, and process complaints with a focus on thoroughness, timeliness, and documentation
- Prepare investigative findings and disposition recommendations for appropriate stakeholders
- Interpret and apply federal and state laws, university policies, and regulatory guidance
- Partner with university leadership to provide clear, practical guidance on EO-related matters
- Serve as a trusted resource for faculty, staff, and administrators navigating complex situations
Program Support & Compliance
- Support the coordination and continuous improvement of Title IX and related compliance programs
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and grievance processes
Training & Education
- Develop and facilitate training for university staff on EEO, ADA, sexual harassment, and related topics
- Identify opportunities to strengthen awareness and understanding across the institution
- Keep leadership informed of key developments and trends
- Support special projects that strengthen EOCE's impact and effectiveness across campus
Qualifications
Master's degree and four years of experience related to administrative services or a Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience. (Higher education can substitute for experience at the comparable rate.)

- Strong working knowledge of Title IX, EEO, ADA, and related regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, high-stakes situations with sound judgment
- Experience delivering training or educational programs
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
