Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner • Preforms out-bound calls to confirm customer appointments- must have experience in the plumbing industry septic experience a plus but not required
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working for a plumbing or septic company in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
