We are partnered with a global ticket brokerage leader specializing in premium event access and data-driven market solutions. They have 5+ years in business, over 250,000 tickets sold, operations in 20+ countries, 30+ global employees.
We are recruiting for a VP Operations to be based in Miami to report into the CEO and lead all operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years in operations leadership roles, especially in ticketing, live events, e-commerce, marketplace or logistics businesses.
- Proven experience scaling operations globally (or across multiple geographies).
- Strong analytical and data skills: comfortable with performance metrics, dashboards, data-driven decision making.
- Deep experience in vendor / inventory sourcing, partner management, fulfillment.
- Familiarity with operational tools / technology platforms, with ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills. Able to lead teams in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated experience with cost-control, risk management, and compliance (legal / regulatory aspects of ticket resale, consumer protection, etc.).
- Passion for live entertainment events, customer experience, and high standards of transparency and fairness.
