Accounting Manager – Aviation Industry
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with 5+ years of expertise to join a dynamic team in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
-
Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
-
Oversee invoicing and billing processes related to aviation operations.
-
Prepare and file taxes, track asset depreciation, and manage day-to-day accounting activities.
-
Lead internal audits and collaborate with external auditors.
-
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
-
Utilize accounting systems and software to improve financial workflows.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
-
Experience preparing taxes, managing audits, and handling asset depreciation.
-
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
-
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
