Our administrative team is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Rep to join our office! We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our local community that we have loyally served for over 100 years.

Pay Scale: $18-22/hr depending on experience

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Primary Job Function: A customer service representative supports our Service department by managing inbound communications (phone, text, and email) to schedule service appointments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting team and departmental goals
  • Prior experience with ServiceTitan or other home services CRM strongly preferred
