Sandler Holstein CPA is a tax accounting firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We provide a full range of tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and businesses. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our team.
We are seeking a Tax & Accounting Professional (CPA) with a strong background in tax preparation and a wide range of IRS Tax Codes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns and handling various IRS correspondence. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who is looking for their own office suite, while also having the freedom to build their own CPA practice. This position has the potential for significant growth and is also perfect for someone who wants to work 1-2 days per week. We are looking for someone who is interested in all aspects of accounting and is excited to see where their career journey takes them.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- IRS Correspondence and follow-up with clients
- Assist with financial statements, bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Conduct tax research and stay current on tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Tax experience as a CPA.
- Proficiency with tax software (e.g., ATX) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.

- Please note: This is a per diem, non-remote position. The candidate will be required to work from our Fort Lauderdale office as needed.
