Our Front Desk team is responsible for efficiently and effectively checking guests in and out for reservations and educating guests on our Wax Passes and cost saving programs as well as our Skincare collection.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
- An upbeat attitude & committed to delighting our guests and—of course—having fun while being awesome!
- Desire to help guests save money by educating on the benefits of waxing and our wax packages.
- Previous sales experience and the desire to engage guests with energy and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Open to learning new POS system for scheduling and confirming appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, because that’s when we’re busy.

This role is perfect for those looking for full time and part-time opportunities. We are open 7 days a week and offer flexible shifts.
HOURS:
We seek candidates open to working a flexible schedule. A typical weekly schedule includes 3-5 shits; a combination of opening and closing shifts:
- 1-2 opening shifts weekdays (8 am-2 pm)
- 1-2 closing shifts weekdays (2 pm-8 am)
- 1 full day on weekend (8 am -6 pm)
COMPENSATION:
This is an hourly plus commission sales role with high earning potential for motivated individuals! Base is $15/hr. Top sellers earn $18-$22+/hour with commission and bonus.
