Job Overview
We’re hiring a Bilingual Restaurant POS Consultant to help restaurant clients go live with their new POS systems. You’ll work directly with restaurant owners and staff, conduct on-site installations, lead FOH/BOH training, and support post-install success. This is a travel-based role—you must be comfortable traveling to customer locations both locally and across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities

Become an expert in restaurant POS systems

Lead on-site installations (terminals, printers, handhelds, kitchen displays)

Train restaurant staff (front and back of house) in-person or remotely

Conduct pre-install assessments and help with system configuration

Provide remote post-go-live support

Document client setups and share feedback with the team

Help train and support new consultants or contractors as needed
Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English (must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently)

Must have excellent customer service skills

Comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites, both locally and nationwide

1–3 years of restaurant experience (server, manager, or supervisor preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Tech-savvy and eager to learn (POS, tablets, Wi-Fi basics)

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Reliable transportation required

Bonus: Experience with POS systems or basic IT/networking knowledge
