SP Distribution is a leading distribution company specializing in juvenile products across the United States. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day order processing and operational functions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order management, efficient communication across departments, and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support B2B and B2C order fulfillment, including EDI operations, from order creation through invoicing and delivery.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle: order entry, allocation, fulfillment, and resolution of post-delivery issues.
  • Track and monitor order flow, update account holders, and provide support to the sales team.
  • Oversee order status and inventory levels to ensure timely processing and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with the logistics team to coordinate daily shipments, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Serve as a daily point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, needs, and concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, including stock allocation, pending orders, approvals, chargebacks, and claim resolutions.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, order management, or supply chain.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Experience with Shopify/Shopify+ is a strong plus.
  • Experience handling disputes, chargebacks with Shopify, Klarna and Riskified is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and knowledge of EDI systems is a major plus.

Position Details


  • Job Type: Full-time, onsite (Doral, FL office) Remote work is not available.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Location: Miami, FL 33172 must reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start.
