As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will receive new leads daily. We have a large marketing budget to connect you with live transfer leads that close immediately! We have endless data leads, XDATES, and send monthly mailers. We offer a wide range of insurance products and services to help clients with every need. Your base salary will range from ALL Commission to $75,000 depending on experience. First-year commissions and bonuses will give you the ability to earn 100k plus!

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and qualify potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Educate clients on P&C insurance products and customize coverage to meet their needs
  • Provide quotes, close sales, and assist clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up on leads using CRM tools
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and underwriting guidelines
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks


Requirements

  • PRIOR ALLSTATE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE TO START DAY 1 REMOTE
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and virtual communication tools
