JOB SMMARY
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager + Creative Digital Support to lead our administrative operations while providing vital support for our digital marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage daily office functions, oversee vendor relationships, and create digital assets that elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong organizational skills, excellent design skills, and a flair for managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

FULL TIME SALARY: $60,000 - $90,000

Office Manager + Creative/Digital Support
We are seeking a highly organized, design-forward professional to oversee day-to-day office operations while supporting our creative operations in our ENERGYbits Coconut Grove/Miami office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and structure — bringing ideas to life while ensuring systems and daily office operations are streamlined and working efficiently.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION: THIS JOB IS COMBINATION OF TWO ROLES:
- OFFICE MANAGER (Primary Role); As our Office Manager, you will oversee all administrative needs of our small but busy Coconut Grove office.
- CREATIVE/DIGITAL SUPPORT (Secondary Role): As our Creative/Digital Support Manager, you will
work with our Creative Team and Art Director on digital asset creation.

Office Management Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Order office supplies and inventory, manage Fedex/ UPS, expedite customer product returns, manage vendors and provide admin support to CEO
- Serve as a reliable operational anchor for both creative and executive teams
Creative & Digital Support Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with our Art Director and Creative Director to develop and execute digital assets across all brand touchpoints
- Design and support assets for articles, presentations, packaging, social media, video content, marketing materials, and more
- Maintain and organize our digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly documented, version-controlled, and easily accessible to internal teams, partners, and media
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across platforms with a refined, fresh, and innovative aesthetic
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least five years managing a small office, problem solving, managing Fedex/UPS/vendors, ordering supplies, providing admin support to CEO
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with AI design tools and emerging creative platforms
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing digital asset libraries or content systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Must submit a link to your digital design portfolio
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- You must live in Coconut Grove/Southern Miami for this position
- You will be required to work in office 5 days a week (this is NOT a remote role)
- College degree in business, marketing & five years experience
- College degree or certificate in graphic design & five years experience
- Strong organizational, creative and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer skills (CRM data bases, Excell, Word, Powerpoint, Zoom)
- Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up type of work environment
- Interest in health, wellness and nutrition
- Experience with CRM, project management, Windows, and other software/systems
· Professional experience working at a wellness or nutrition company a bonus
