We are seeking two highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives who can deliver exceptional service, build long-term customer relationships, and support sales growth through proactive outreach. This role includes supporting existing customers and conducting light outreach to new potential clients such as follow-ups after quotes or checking in with lapsed accounts. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, loves puzzles, and enjoys both helping people and being part of a driven, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer communication via phone and email with speed, professionalism, and clarity
  • Manage quotes, orders, and follow-ups using internal systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the ordering process
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Inventory, Production) to meet customer needs
  • Conduct outreach to existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Follow up with potential customers to move inquiries forward and keep quotes from falling through the cracks
  • Track and record all interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve service and internal processes

Qualifications (Not Required but Appreciated):

  • Experience in B2B customer service or inside sales
  • Familiarity with signage or manufacturing industries
  • Comfortable navigating CRM or order processing platforms

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hour
