HealthPlus Staffing is looking for a Clinical Research Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for finding and placing clinical research professionals for roles in research facilities, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for positions like Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Trial Managers, and similar roles.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best candidates are selected.
- Manage the full recruitment process—from job posting to interviews and hiring.
- Use recruitment tools, databases, and social media to find and attract top talent.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date with trends and guidelines in clinical research recruiting.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for clinical research positions.
- Knowledge of clinical research roles and the industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
