We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive Trainee to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn the art of sales and grow into a leadership role. As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will be immersed in training programs, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside experienced sales leaders to build your skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training and mentorship programs

  • Assist senior sales staff in lead generation, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Learn and apply company sales strategies and processes

  • Conduct market research and contribute to sales planning

  • Meet weekly performance goals and KPIs

  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on client interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Professional demeanor with a willingness to grow within the company

  • No previous sales experience required, but a plus if applicable
