Oasis Wellness & Recovery is seeking a licensed Florida Paramedic to join our close-knit, compassionate care team. This is an immediate opening to replace a valued team member who is relocating. We are looking for someone dependable, clinically skilled, and deeply aligned with our mission of helping people heal — especially those navigating mental health, trauma, and addiction.
About the Role
This is a patient-facing role in a calm, supportive outpatient medical setting. You will work closely with our physician and clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality care across a range of services, including:
- IV therapies and ketamine treatment
- Laboratory blood draws, specimen processing, and coordination with labs
- Support of hormone replacement therapy programs for men and women
- Assistance with medically supervised weight loss services
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after treatments
- Accurate documentation in the EMR and adherence to safety protocols
This position offers meaningful clinical work without the stress or unpredictability of emergency or ambulance-based care.
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- No nights or weekends
- Pay range: $28–$33 per hour
- Benefits include:
- Eight paid holidays per year

Qualifications
- Active Florida Paramedic license
- CPR and ACLS certification
- Experience with ketamine preferred
- Excellent IV access and phlebotomy skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems and technology
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
