Mortgage Industry Experience of at least 2 Year****Required to be Bi-lingual English/Spanish ****
Position Primary Responsibilities:
Order third party reports including credit reports, preliminary title reports, and appraisals, condo questionnaires, insurances
Assist Loan Officers with Pre-Approval Activities
Contact borrowers and collect all necessary documents
Assist or answer basic customer questions as quickly as possible needed
Good follow through until completion of file
Scan and organize customer documents
Communicate with loan originators, real estate partners, and title companies regarding the status of their loans and participate in pipeline meetings
Able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attendance and reliability
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Able to work independently with little supervision at times
Able to handle a fast-paced environment
