We’re looking for a Sales Leadership Representative who’s ready to be the face of our brand in Miami. If you're confident, competitive, and love working with people, this is your chance to lead from the front.
What You'll Do:
- Represent top-tier brands directly to customers in person
- Engage with clients and prospects in retail, event, and field environments
- Lead from the front—setting the tone for performance and professionalism
- Support and mentor newer team members as you grow into a leadership role
- Track, report, and analyze sales data and personal performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to sell and close deals face-to-face
- Leadership potential or experience in team-based sales environments
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and high energy
- Experience in direct sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required
