S&S Electrical Supply specializes in obsolete, hard-to-find, and specialty electrical equipment. For 20+ years, we’ve helped contractors, maintenance teams, and industrial facilities keep their systems running when standard supply houses can’t deliver.
We are growing and looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is:• Knowledgeable about electrical parts• Confident on the phone• Detail-oriented and accurate• Motivated to build relationships and close deals

What You’ll Do• Manage and grow sales of in-stock electrical equipment: breakers, panels, switchgear, and related materials• Help customers find the right obsolete or specialty part for their job• Build lasting relationships with contractors, electricians, and industrial clients• Make warm and cold calls to generate new opportunities• Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities• Understand competitive products and pricing to position our solutions effectively• Work closely with operations to ensure accurate orders and exceptional service• Keep customer records, quotes, and follow-ups organized and precise

What We’re Looking For• Working knowledge of electrical equipment, breakers, and basic electrical systems• Strong phone sales and customer service skills• Organized, dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple customer requests• Positive, team-oriented attitude• Strong written and verbal communication• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Shopify a plus)
