Job Description

Weather Engineers, Inc. is looking for a full-time Service Operations, Inventory and Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. We have been serving the community with top-quality HVAC services for decades.

Must-Haves:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and basic data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability

Experience in HVAC, warehouse, or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

As a Service Operations, Inventory and Fleet Coordinator, your day will involve keeping track of inventory levels and placing orders for the parts and materials needed by our service technicians. You will regularly check the stock in the warehouse and in service vehicles to ensure everything is accurate. You'll communicate with technicians and management to keep the inventory organized and efficient. Part of your job will include preparing repair and replacement quotes based on technician input. You will also handle deliveries and invoices, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently between our Gainesville and Jacksonville locations.
