Position Summary
We are hiring two Demand Generation Specialists who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact lead generation campaigns. This role is critical in attracting qualified leads for our company and the independent financial advisors we serve.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the financial services sector, specifically with FMOs, RIAs, or Independent Financial Advisors. You will combine creative thinking with data-driven insights to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that connect both advisors and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
• Conduct market research to define buyer personas and anticipate trends.
• Develop and refine demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and advisor/client needs.
Campaign Creation & Execution
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, webinars, email, and trade shows.
• Tailor messaging to resonate with financial advisors and pre-retiree/retiree clients.
Performance Analysis
• Track, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Sales Collaboration
• Partner with sales teams to ensure lead quality and smooth handoff.
• Align on performance goals and jointly define success metrics.
Marketing Technology Management
• Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms to scale campaigns.
• Streamline workflows to improve campaign efficiency and impact.

Requirements:Requirements
Background and Education:
• 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing, with a focus on demand generation.
• Background in both B2B and B2C campaign development.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred but not required
• Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, YouTube, or similar.
Regulatory Awareness:
• Familiarity with SEC or FINRA guidelines to ensure compliant marketing practices is a plus, but not required
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
• Routine use of telephone and email.
• Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
