Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Support office management duties, including inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical and administrative roles
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer communication
