A typical day for an HRIS Infor consultant involves tackling a substantial optimization list, ensuring the system runs smoothly and efficiently. The consultant spends a significant portion of their day troubleshooting and resolving outstanding tickets, addressing any issues that arise. Balancing these tasks with optimization efforts is crucial, as is reviewing and testing monthly system updates to maintain peak performance. Although the consultant serves as a lead within the team hub, they do not have any direct reports, requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide and support their colleagues effectively.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree – Business / IT / Computer Science / Engineer
- Functional consultant supporting HR
- 3-5 + years of advanced tech experience in implementation maintenance / management of HCM (Human Capital Management) module
- Deep understanding of HR system integration / business needs (HCM module implementation)
- Post go-live support experience
Plusses:
- INFOR certified – HIGHLY preferred
