Responsibilities:
*Low level IT support
*Online customer support
*Live chat through website
*Identify customer needs, exceed client expectations and overall experience
*Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
Requirements:
*Flexible alternating schedule, must be available some evenings and weekends
*High level of external client support
*Articulate verbal and written communication skills are a must
*Must be knowledgeable in Google products
*Medical Terminology knowledge is a plus
*Organized, absolutely detail oriented
*Have a positive attitude and exhibit initiative
*Ability to MULTI-TASK
*Comfortable communicating with medical professionals
*Ability to work well with others
