Cleanr Mia LLC is a fast-growing cleaning company in Miami. We provide high-quality residential cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and Airbnb turnovers. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as 1099 independent contractors.

Responsibilities

Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings

Complete Airbnb turnovers (beds, laundry, restocking supplies)

Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure quality

Take before/after photos of work completed

Communicate professionally with clients and team leads
Requirements

Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Reliable transportation (car, scooter, or similar)

Basic cleaning supplies & equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18–$25/hour or $60–$120 per job (depending on size and type)
