Job DescriptionCareer Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Strategy and Operations Lead - Blockchain - this is a fully-remote role for US-based candidates.
We’re building the infrastructure that will help banks work natively with stablecoins, unlocking fast, compliant, and programmable money movement.
Regulatory changes and growth in stablecoin use cases are now opening the door for banks to engage directly with stablecoins. The pressure on them to engage is increasing daily, but they are unprepared to deliver the product and tech required to thrive in the tokenized financial system.
Omnia provides the answer to this problem. Our platform enables banks to natively support stablecoins with built-in compliance, observability, and safety. We solve the last mile problem, bringing stablecoin access to financial institutions used and trusted by billions of people. We have a novel strategy that enables fast integration, plus flexibility in how we shape the conditions for our own success.
We're early, funded, and moving fast. Our founders have deep experience in stablecoins, payments, and high-availability systems; experience built over many years at Solana Labs, a startup stablecoin issuer, Paxos, Google, and Reddit. We have best-of-breed traditional fintech and blockchain investors including Solana Labs.
The Opportunity
This is a "right-hand" role to the founding team, designed for a strategic generalist who wants to help build a foundational fintech company from the ground up. As our Strategy and Operations Lead, you will supercharge our team by working at the center of the business to drive projects across business development, product strategy and internal operations.
This is a role for a high-functioning generalist — someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives on learning, and has a strong bias for action. What You'll Do

GTM Strategy and Execution: You will develop our bank partner strategy, identify targets, and lead the execution of that strategy, from initial outreach to closing.

Communications: Follow key industry trends and manage our outbound communications strategy, including content for banks, conference strategy, and investor updates.

Project Management: You'll work directly with the founders to scope and launch new initiatives that are core to our company strategy.

Thought Partner: Act as a key strategic sounding board for the founders. We expect you to challenge our assumptions, bring analytical rigor to our biggest decisions, and help us see the bigger picture.
In all of these roles, you’ll have our founders’ support and be a critical member of our team.
What We're Looking For

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a business operations/strategy role at a high-growth startup.

Mindset: Highly adaptable and proactive, with the ability to switch between diverse tasks and push projects forward with minimal direction. You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of an early-stage company.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, conduct research, and present clear, actionable insights.

Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you are someone who can turn ambiguous requests into structured, actionable plans.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to senior leaders and external partners.

Domain Interest: A demonstrated interest in and foundational knowledge of financial technology, banking, and/or blockchain technology. A high learning agility and intellectual curiosity are paramount.
