Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound state-based leads through warm transfer programs

• Engage in high-volume outreach and client interaction with confidence and clarity

• Present insurance products effectively to potential clients in multiple states

• Overcome objections using a confident, witty, and solutions-based approach

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and client confidentiality

• Work collaboratively with your team while also driving individual sales goals

Requirements:

• Active 2-15 or 2-14 Insurance License required

• Must be licensed in at least 10+ states

• E&O insurance preferred but not required

• 3–5 years of sales experience (insurance sales, life or final expense preferred)

• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills

• Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Compensation & Growth:

• $50,000 annual base salary

• 90-day performance review and salary review

• Full-time, salaried role (no commission)
