At VXIT, we help businesses thrive by prioritizing people and leveraging technology. We are a Managed Service Provider or MSP. We provide outsourced IT support and services for businesses that range from 20 – 200 employees.
Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Representation (ISR) role is an appointment setter. You are NOT selling our services. You are selling the value of meeting with our company for a 30-minute introductory call.
The important outcomes that are expected from this role are as follows:
- Making 100+ dials per day.
- Connecting with around 30+ decision makers (CEOs, Owners, Operators) each week and having a conversation with them to deliver “our message”.
- Booking 3+ first time appointments per week for our outside sales rep or CEO.
- If you are unable to book a meeting when speaking with a prospect, you are able to pull 1-3 pieces of key information from them during that conversation in order to glean the database in the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make at least 100 calls to leads within our CRM.
- Speak to as many decision makers as possible (30+ per week).
- Deliver “Our Message” to every qualified prospect you talk to.
- Schedule at least 3 Qualified appointments per week: Face to Face meetings are preferred, if not a Zoom meeting. No phone call appointments.
- Build and maintain a prospects database.
- Track activities in CRM
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Qualifying prospects against clear criteria
- Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, quarterly goals
- Work the assigned schedule and comply with the company’s policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
