We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial professional who wants to grow into the CFO role!
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business required. MBA preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior accountant role, financial branch management, financial services or other related fields</li>
<li>Expert level QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel</li>
<li>Advanced financial understanding through combined education and experience</li>
<li>Must be intensely self-managing, well organized and a self-starter</li>
<li>Knowledge of common banking practices, including wires and ACH</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Desire to grow into the CFO role</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>DR-15 filings</li>
<li>Annual state filings and renewals</li>
<li>Budgets</li>
<li>Bank Reconciliations</li>
<li>Employee expense reconciliations</li>
<li>AJEs</li>
<li>Payroll and onboarding of employees</li>
<li>Monthly Financial Reporting, P&amp;Ls, Balance Sheets</li>
<li>Tax Preparation for CPAs</li>
<li>Audits</li>
<li>Year End reporting</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with financial regulations</li>
<li>Insurance Renewals</li>
<li>Helps develop strategies for cash management and capital structure</li>
<li>Helps in the process of obtaining loans and mortgages</li>
