WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer inbound calls from Medicare-eligible Floridians, qualify, compare, and enroll.
- Leverage dynamic scripts and real-time coaching to crush daily KPIs.
- Keep spotless records in our CRM and dialer—compliance is baked into the flow.
- Partner with mentors, QA, and Empathiq analytics to sharpen your craft every week.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of ACA or Medicare sales experience (high-potential newcomers considered).
- Confident phone presence, active listening, and genuine empathy for seniors.
- Coachable attitude—ready to master AHIP, carrier certs, and our proven process.
- Thrive in a performance-driven environment and love seeing your numbers climb.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- COMMISSION ONLY – NO CAP (earnings routinely $110-$150 per sale).
- MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES on top of up-front comp.
