We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual to join our Florida team!As our licensed agent, you will be the cornerstone of our customer care, directly managing our customers. Your Role will involve providing support, writing new business, managing existing relationships, offering product/service information, and resolving issues with our clients accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of both personal and commercial lines
  • Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
  • Quote, sell, and bind new policies
  • Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
  • Service customer concerns
  • Properly document and update all customers' information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Mail and document management
  • Other duties, as requested


Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty license
  • M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Be proficient in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance
  • Ability to handle high-volume phone and email requests
  • Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
  • Must be a team player and dependable
  • Computer skills are necessary, i.e., Word & Excel
  • Possesses strong drive, ambition, and goal-oriented
