Clear Coast Debt Relief has immediate openings for Experienced Debt Specialists to join our growing inside sales team. This role focuses on consultative phone sales, helping consumers who are struggling with unsecured debt understand their options and enroll in a debt relief program that fits their situation.
This is a high-opportunity role for motivated sales professionals who want strong leads, uncapped commissions, and long-term growth.
Earnings & Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commissions
- Average performers earn approximately $45,000-$65,000 annually
- Top performers exceed $80,000+
- Paid training and ongoing coaching
Responsibilities
- Consult with inbound and warm outbound leads seeking debt relief
- Present and explain Clear Coast’s services using a needs-based sales approach
- Perform financial assessments and discuss available options
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead statuses, and follow-ups
- Re-engage previous inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Build trust-based relationships with clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain consistent attendance and strong call quality
Qualifications
- Prior inside sales or call center experience required
- Debt settlement experience preferred
- Background in mortgage, finance, or collections is a plus
- Confident phone presence and strong communication skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and phone systems
