Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within our residential and commercial construction divisions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities. You will be instrumental in expanding our project pipeline and contributing directly to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-end residential and commercial construction markets (including renovations, new builds, spec homes, assisted living, hospital remodels, and investor partnerships).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, real estate professionals, investors, and potential clients.

Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.

Understand client needs and project requirements, and collaborate with our estimating and project management teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities within our CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build connections and generate leads.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the construction, real estate, or related industry.

Strong understanding of the residential and/or commercial construction process.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
