We help public companies and agencies reach active retail investors at scale with integrated digital campaigns, sponsorships, content, and data-driven programs. Youll sell across all four platforms, with a primary focus on U.S. growth via InvestorsHub.
The Opportunity
Were hiring a well-connected, hunter-type Senior Sales Executive to build and close new business in the U.S. market. Youll own a revenue number, prospect into issuers, IR/PR agencies, and intermediaries, and turn complex needs into integrated programs that deliver measurable outcomes. This is a full-cycle role for a closer who thrives on relationships, strategy, and execution.
What Youll Do
- Own a book & build pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and advance new opportunities; run a tight cadence across outbound, events, referrals, and partner channels.
- Full-cycle selling: Discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close with clean handoffs and leadership through onboarding and delivery.
- Sell integrated programs: Map client objectives to cross-platform solutions (investor reach, content, sponsorships, data), align KPIs, and drive ROI.
- C-suite relationships: Engage CEOs, CFOs, IR/PR leads, and brokers with a consultative approach and credible market insight.
- Forecast with rigor: Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver reliable weekly pipeline forecasts.
- Be present in-market: Represent The Market Link at U.S. industry events, conferences, and roadshows; travel as needed.
What You Bring
- Proven B2B closer: 58+ years selling media/adtech/sponsorships/SaaS to issuers and agencies; consistent quotabeater and newlogo hunter.
- Domain credibility: Strong grasp of U.S. capital markets (micro/small-cap especially), how retail investors move, and what issuers/agencies value.
- Executive-level consultative selling: Translate objectives into persuasive, ROIdriven proposals; confidently negotiate $100k+ programs.
- Networked: Existing relationships across U.S. issuers, IR/PR firms, brokers, and ecosystem partners and the drive to grow them.
- Operational discipline: Excellent communication, presentation, and timemanagement; meticulous CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and forecast accuracy.
Nice to Have
- Experience packaging multiproperty or multimarket media solutions.
- Familiarity with financial products/services and emerging trends in financial media.
- Advanced negotiation training/methodologies.
