Our Kitchen Manager, working alongside our owner, is responsible for the leadership of the kitchen team and BOH operation of the restaurant. Core responsibilities include supporting the Proprietor in kitchen team performance, guest satisfaction, increased sales and profitability, while actively ensuring the restaurant meets financial and operating goals.

Viable Kitchen Manager candidates must have the following background:
- A desire for an upwardly mobile restaurant management career
- Must have 3+ years' experience as a salaried Kitchen Manager (Exec Chef)
- Must have understanding of restaurant scratch kitchen cost financial control
- Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential
- No “sideline” coaches need respond...only those who know how to lead a restaurant from a quarterback position need respond
