CPA firm in Boca Raton seeking a Full-Time Tax Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team! An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Public Accounting.
We seek someone with prior write-up and tax preparation and/or review experience – please provide good work history and references.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Write-up and data entry
- Bank reconciliations, Journal entries, General Ledger
- Preparation/review of monthly financial and accounting reports
- Tax return preparation/review – Corporate, Partnership, and Individual
- Trust, Estate, and Gift Tax experience a plus
- International tax experience is a plus
- Payroll Tax and Sales Tax filings
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills
- The capability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Additional hours are required to meet IRS tax deadlines quarterly and during tax season
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Software proficiency:
- QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Creative Solutions – UltraTax
- Creative Solutions – Accounting CS is a plus
- Lacerte (a plus)
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Doc-it / Safesend is a plus
