Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
We are seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented, and highly organized Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team in Miami, FL. This position plays a key role in managing customer billing, payments, and financial recordkeeping to support our accounting operations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with hands-on experience using SAP and QuickBooks Desktop.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Record and apply customer payments in SAP and QuickBooks Desktop
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and customer communications
- Generate AR aging reports and assist with collections on past-due accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payments, and inquiries
- Support monthly and year-end closing processes related to receivables
- Assist with cash applications, deposits, and payment tracking
- Perform data entry, filing, and administrative tasks related to AR functions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Experience with SAP (required)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative experience (manufacturing/industrial setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
