What You’ll Do:

Lead a motivated team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts

Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and support through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close

Collaborate with national and regional sales teams to foster a unified sales culture

Build relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and decision-makers

Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, monitor performance, and track progress

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations and RFP, to ensure delivery excellence

Lead by example in personal development, accountability, and growth mindset

Recruit and retain top talent while identifying high-performers and development opportunities
What Sets You Apart:

Proven experience leading sales teams and managing a successful book of business

Strong communication and leadership skills—you know how to motivate and influence

Data-driven and strategic—you understand market dynamics and make informed decisions

Comfortable with technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools

Able to travel as needed (20–50%), with potential for extended stays at client sites or disaster locations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B solution-based selling experience

4+ years in a sales leadership or management role

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license required
