What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a motivated team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts

  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and support through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close

  • Collaborate with national and regional sales teams to foster a unified sales culture

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and decision-makers

  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, monitor performance, and track progress

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations and RFP, to ensure delivery excellence

  • Lead by example in personal development, accountability, and growth mindset

  • Recruit and retain top talent while identifying high-performers and development opportunities

  • Proven experience leading sales teams and managing a successful book of business

  • Strong communication and leadership skills—you know how to motivate and influence

  • Data-driven and strategic—you understand market dynamics and make informed decisions

  • Comfortable with technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools

  • Able to travel as needed (20–50%), with potential for extended stays at client sites or disaster locations

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B solution-based selling experience

  • 4+ years in a sales leadership or management role

  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Valid driver’s license required
