What we’re looking for:

· A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

· 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience (Fast Casual or Quick Service)

· Skilled restaurant kitchen management experience (team motivator, food safety, sales- forecasting, staffing…you get the gist)

· A creative approach to community-engagement, and "4-wall marketing"

· Someone that loves to develop people and lead a team

· The ability to team teams to deliver a great guest experience
