Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Trading Specialist with a positive attitude to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Trading Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Portfolio Manager in executing discretionary trading in client accounts. This individual is responsible for trading/rebalancing investment accounts. They are responsible for execution of the intended strategy directed by our portfolio manager including but not limited to distribution requests, tax harvesting, rebalancing and cash investment needs.
A trading specialist must understand client goals and objectives while working closely with investment management teams, financial advisors and our operations associates. A successful trading specialist will monitor assigned accounts, meet department trading needs, and excel at performing all job duties as described below. The trading specialist is always expected to stay abreast of market and economic events and the current opinions and projections of our investment strategy.
