Now Hiring: Kitchen Managers – Okeechobee Steakhouse & Lewis Prime Grill

We are seeking a seasoned, highly organized, and detail-driven Kitchen Manager to support culinary operations at Okeechobee Steakhouse and Lewis Prime Grill. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional ready to take ownership in two of South Florida’s most respected steakhouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Executive Kitchen Manager to lead daily BOH operations
- Provide consistent, confident kitchen leadership with a hands-on presence
- Travel between Okeechobee Steakhouse (West Palm Beach) and Lewis Prime Grill (Loxahatchee) as needed
- Execute and manage catering prep and off-site catering logistics
- Maintain the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Enforce precise adherence to standardized recipes and yield expectations to ensure portion accuracy and cost control
- Manage inventory, ordering, prep execution, and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure flawless attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (Sous Chef or higher)
- Catering experience required, with confidence managing both prep and off-site execution. Must work seamlessly with catering staff.
- Deep understanding of yields, recipes, and cost control
- Proven ability to lead teams with strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be highly organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
- ServSafe certification is required
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability required
